Dak-galbi means Spicy stir-fried chicken. Beloved food throughout our long history.
A great chicken restaurant reopened with a new name of "Yoogane" in 1995, Busan.
Their weapon is a memorable spicy seasoning itself !
On Fridays, weekends, my friends and I gather together to go to eat it.
Chicken fried rice, we mostly eat it because of not enough money to order stir-fried chicken only. But we were happy only with that, and we were grown up now so we can pay for the whole chicken menu. I mean, we go to this restaurant once in a while. Here is STILL delicious. ( I want to know their secret recipe of the seasoning... ! )
Best part of this restaurant is not only its special taste, but also staff's cooking performance happening on your dinning table.
