HANU is a term indicates "Beef" produced in Korea by endemic Korean Cows. 

In Korea, Hanu is the best quality beef and most expensive one (more than beef from Australia&America), so we have a practice to present or serve it for our precious people on special day ^^

Among the Korean beef, "Hoengseong Hanu" is surely famous for high quality taste. Fortunately(?) we can eat it in lower price during the annual festival even though we should go to the suburban region ^^;;;

But I think it is worthwhile just to introduce this festival and the presence of Hanu to my friends. Taste it ! If u have a chance !!
