Cafe of Bing-su - shaved milk Ice dessert

 

Bing-Su is a bowl of shaved Ice 🍚 topped with Anything sweet on it :)

Traditional style is Pat-bingsu, putting redbean jam, pieces of rice cake, fruits, milk, condense milk on it.

 

Sulbing is major Korean desert cafe. They sell a variety of conventional or modern Bing-su.

 

The reasons I recommend here is, firstly, they are the best in 'milk ice recipe & shaving' in the market I think.

The milk ice sounds like "SNOW" melting in the mouth. Additionally, taste is prominent ^^

 

Recommendation : Injeolmi bingsoo & Injeolmi toast

Why ?  In the case of "In-jeol-mi bingsoo", the taste is amazingly feels like rice cake "in-jeol-mi", even though it's made of Ice and bean powder :)

 

TIP** If you like condense milk, you can ask for extra one at the reception (mostly I add 2 more ^^;;)
